List what is left
A creator posts a stalled project and breaks the finish into real line items: the part, the hire, the shop time, the fee. Each one is priced and explained.
Real projects stall one step from done, short of a part, a permit, a week of labour or one more push. Homestretch lists them with an itemized, honest cost to finish, so you can put money against the exact thing that is missing and watch it get built.
Homestretch is not open yet. Leave an email and you will be first in when it is.
We store your address to tell you when we launch, and nothing else. Read the Privacy Policy, or email hello@homestretchfund.com and it gets deleted.
Three steps, and the money only ever moves against a line item somebody can point at.
A creator posts a stalled project and breaks the finish into real line items: the part, the hire, the shop time, the fee. Each one is priced and explained.
Backers chip in on the line items they care about. The plan is keep-what-you-raise, so partial funding still buys the next real step instead of expiring.
The build runs in public through an update thread. Backers get an email at every step, including the steps that go badly, until it is done.
The site is called a fund, so it should be blunt about which kind it is before anyone types an email in.
Anything with a finish line and an honest number attached to it.
Answers as they stand today. Where something is not decided, it says so rather than guessing.
There is no date to promise yet, and we would rather open late than open half-built. The waitlist is how you hear first.
Pricing is not set. When it is, the numbers will be published plainly, before anyone is asked to pay anything.
The intended model is keep-what-you-raise: the creator keeps what came in and reports what it covered. The binding rules will be in the terms before launch.

Not yet, but say hello and describe it. Early projects shape what gets built first.
