Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
The short version. This site is a coming-soon page. The only thing it collects is an email address, and only if you type one into the waitlist box and submit it. There are no cookies and no advertising trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, counts page views with a cookieless script, and that script never sees your address. Your address is used to tell you when Homestretch launches, and for nothing else. Email hello@homestretchfund.com and it gets deleted.

Who runs this site
Homestretch is operated by cutta ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Massachusetts. You can reach us at hello@homestretchfund.com about anything on this page, including anything you want deleted.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you submit the waitlist form. It is stored with the date and time you signed up. That pair is the entire record. We do not ask for your name, and there is no other field on the form.
- A short-lived, one-way hash of your IP address, created only when the waitlist form is submitted. This is an anti-abuse counter that stops one script from flooding the list with fake signups. It is a truncated SHA-256 digest, not your IP address; it is stored in a separate table that is never linked to your email; and it is deleted about an hour after it is written. It is not used to identify you, profile you, or track you between visits.
We do not collect payment details, phone numbers, postal addresses, or any of the sensitive categories of data (government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, precise location) on this page. Homestretch is not open, no project is live, and there is nothing on this site that can take a payment.
What we do not do
- No cookies are set by this site.
- One exception, stated plainly: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which our host injects at the edge. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, stores no identifier, and does not follow you to any other site. It tells us a page was viewed, roughly from where, and on what kind of browser. It is never joined to the waitlist, and it never receives your email address. If you would rather it were not there at all, say so and we will switch it off.
- No advertising pixel is installed. If one is ever added, this policy and a consent notice will be in place before it goes live.
- No fonts, images or embeds are loaded from another company's servers, and no advertising or social script runs here. Apart from the Cloudflare analytics beacon described above, everything this page needs comes from homestretchfund.com.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, in the ordinary sense or in the specific senses those words carry under California law. We do not rent, trade, or hand your address to advertisers or data brokers.
Why we have it, and how long we keep it
Your email address is kept for one purpose: to send you a small number of messages about Homestretch launching. We hold it until launch, until you ask us to delete it, or until we decide not to launch, whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, the list is deleted rather than kept or repurposed.
When we do email you, every message will identify us, include a real postal address, and carry a working one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Who else touches the data
The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1), which processes the data on our behalf as our hosting provider. Data is stored in the United States. No other company receives the waitlist.
Cloudflare also serves this page, which means it necessarily handles the ordinary request data any web host sees, and it runs the cookieless Web Analytics beacon described above. That is one company, our host, doing one job. Nobody else is involved in this site at all.
This page links out to nothing except our own email address. Social profile links were removed from the footer in August 2026 while those accounts are being set up, so apart from our host nobody learns anything about you from visiting this site. If those links return, they will be ordinary outbound links: nothing embedded, and nobody receives anything about you unless you click through, at which point their own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
- Deletion. Email hello@homestretchfund.com from the address you signed up with, or name the address you want removed, and we will delete it and confirm. We aim to do this within a few days and will not make you explain why.
- Access. Ask and we will tell you whether your address is on the list and when it was added. That is the whole of what we hold.
- Correction. Ask and we will fix or replace the address.
- Unsubscribe. Every email we send will have a working unsubscribe link.
We do not charge for these requests and we will not treat you differently for making one. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; tell us what you want done and we will honor the request rather than argue about which law applies.
Children
This page is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If a child's address reaches the list, email us and we will remove it.
Security
The waitlist is stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database reachable only by this site's own server-side code, over HTTPS. No one buys anything on this page and no payment or financial data exists here to lose. If a breach ever affected personal information about a Massachusetts resident, we would notify the people affected and the Attorney General's office as the law requires.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Substantive changes to how we use an address already on the list will be announced by email to that list before they take effect, not applied retroactively and quietly.
